(4L) Grzałka płynu DEF UREA / DEF UREA fluid heater

Padła grzałka płynu DEF UREA. Tych grzałek wg schematu jest kilka: jedna w aktywnym zbiorniku, jedna na przewodach płynu, kolejna na pompie. U mnie padła ta w aktywnym zbiorniku:	DEF UREA fluid heater died. According to the wiring diagrams there are few of these heaters: one in active tank, one on the fluid hoses, another one on the pomp. In my case the one that died was in the active tank:

Wymiana zaczyna się od spuszczenia płynu z aktywnego zbiornika:	The replacement starts with draining the fluid from the active tank:
Po odłączeniu wszystkich wtyczek i złączek i odkręceniu 3 śrub zbiornik zjeżdża w dół.	After disconnecting all plugs and hose connectors and removing 3 bolts the tank comes down.
Do odkręcenia rezerwuaru gdzie jest umieszczona grzałka potrzeba narzędzie T50014.	Removing reservoir that contains the heater requires tool T50014.
Z ciekawości postanowiłem sprawdzić czemu padła grzałka. Rezerwuar składa się z kilku części: czerwona mata grzejna, czujnik Halla poziomu płynu, czujnik temperatury, filtr.	I was curious and decided to check why the heater died. The reservoir contains the following parts: red heating mat, Hall sensor of fluid level, temperature sensor, filter.
Przy bliższych oględzinach okazało się, że są dwie grzałki podłączone w szereg.	The closer inspection revelaed thare are two heaters connected inline.
Pierwsza grzałka to mata.	First heater is a mat.
Druga grzałka znajduje się pod filtrem.	Second heater is under the filter.
I ma postać kawałka drutu oporowego w izolacji. I to właśnie ta część była przerwana. Przecięta izolacja (najprawdopodobniej na etapie produkcji, bo nie widzę innego powodu) spowodowała korozję drutu:	And it is a simple insulated resistance wire. And it was the part that failed. A damaged insulation (most likely during manufacturing process because I cannot imagine any other reason) resulted in the corrosion of the wire:
