(Mk5) Przegląd 40 tys. mil / 40k miles inspection
W sobotę zrobiłem przegląd 40 tys. mil. / This Saturday I did the 40k miles inspection.
Pierwsze co mi się rzuciło w oczy to kolejny wyciek na skrzyni biegów. / First thing I noticed was another transmission leak.
Cóż, trzeba będzie znów podjechać do serwisu... / Well, I need to visit dealership again...
Wymiana filtra paliwa / Fuel filter replacement
Odkręcić 5 śrub (Torx T30) po 2-3 obroty na raz po przekątnej. / Unscrew 5 bolts (Torx T30): turn 2-3 revs at the time and then switch to the opposite bolt.
Odessać paliwo z nad filtra. / Suck as much fuel as possible.
Chwycić szczypcami za kołnież i powoli wyciągać. / Using the pliers, slowly start pulling out.
Wyciągnąć filtr. / Remove the filter.
Odkręcić pojemnik filtra (2 śruby M10, 1 nakrętka M10). / Remove the container (2 bolts M10, 1 nut M10).
Opróżnić pojemnik i przykręcić do z powrotem. Włożyć nowy filtr. / Empty the container and re-install it. Insert new filter.
Grzebnąć w pudełku z filtem w poszukiwaniu uszczelek. / Check out the filter box for the new seals.
Po założeniu uszczelek przykręcić wieczko: równomiernie (po 2-3 obroty) po przekątnej kluczem dynamometrycznym (5Nm). / After replacing the seals, install the cover: 2-3 revs at the time and switch to opposite bolt, then tighten the bolts to 4 ft-lbs.
Na koniec należy układ odpowietrzyć. Z tego co wiem, wystarczy włączyć zapłon bez uruchamiania samego silnika na kilka minut, a pompa paliwa sama zadba o uzupełnienie paliwa w filtrze. / Last thing to do is to bleed the filter. As far as I know it is enough to turn on the ignition without cranking the engine for few minutes and the fuel pump will do the job.
Wymiana filtra powietrza / Air filter replacement
Instrukcja zaleca co 40 tys. mil, ale patrząc na to co znalazłem, chyba wypadało by to robić częściej. / The manual suggests to replace it every 40k miles but when I checked it out, the shorter interval might be better.
Odkręcić pokrywę filtra (8 śrub krzyżakowych). / Remove the filter cover (8 Philips bolts).
Kupa gnoju. / Lots of dirt.
Oryginalnie zamontowany filtr był do samochodu przeznaczonego do zimnego klimatu (dodatkowa biała warstwa). Jako że moja okolica do takowych nie należy założyłym zwykły filtr. / Factory installed the filter for the vehicle used in the cold climate (additional white layer). Since my area is not one of these, I installed standard version.
Włożyć nowy filtr. / Install new filter.
Przykręcić pokrywę filtra (8 śrub krzyżakowych - 9Nm). / Install the filter cover (8 Philips bolts - 7 ft-lbs).
Wymiana filtra przeciwpyłkowego / Cabin pollen filter replacement

Tym razem mniej śmieci było. Chyba dlatego, że samochód nie stoi już pod drzewami. / This time I found less crap inside. Most likely because the car is no longer parked under trees.
Wyjąłem również wentylator, żeby zobaczyć w jakim stanie jest wirnik. Wyjątkowo czysty. / I also removed the fan to check out the propeller. Clear enough.
Wymiana oleju i filtra oleju. / Oil and oil filter replacement

Jak zwykle 4.5 litra syntetycznego oleju Elf Solaris LLX 5W30 507.00. / As previously, 4.5 liter of full synthetic oil Elf Solaris LLX 5W30 507.00.
Na koniec zamiana kół, sprawdzenie błędów i zrobione. / Last thing to rotate the tyres, check of errors and done.
