(7L6 2) Przegląd 120 tys. mil / 120k miles inspection

Przegląd 120 tysi czyli wymiana wszystkich filtrów: olej, paliwo, powietrze, pyłkowy. Przy wymianie oleju rozprułem stary filtr, żeby sprawdzić czy są jakieś opiłki metalowe. Nowy silnik to chciałem się upewnić, że nic nie piłuje. Na szczęście nie znalazłem niczego niepokojącego:	The 120k miles maintenance requires replacement of all filters: oil, fuel, air, pollen. When I replaced oil filter I ripped the old one to check if there are any metal shavings. New engine was assembled so I wanted to make sure. Luckily I have not found anything disturbing:
Filtr paliwa jak zwykle upierdliwy: wyjąć całość, wylać zawartość, wyjąć wkład (plastikowy uchwyt zawsze się urywa), wyczyścić z zanieczyszczeń, wcisnąć nowy wkład i nowe uszczelki, zamonotać wszystko z powrotem i włączyć zapłon kilka razy, żeby odpowietrzyć układ. Filtr powietrza za to pięć minut roboty: odłączyć wężyk zasilania kompresora zawieszenia na obudowie filtra, dwie zapinki na górze i pokrywa schodzi. Wywaliłem z obudowy kilka liści mojego "ulubionego" dębu wierzbowego, które zasrywają każdą szczelinę w samochodzie (wyjąłem je nawet z filtra kabiny). Poza tym wymieniłem urwaną smycz korka zbiornika paliwa na jakieś chińskie plastikowe gówno, bo VW przecież nie sprzedaje samej smyczy (trzeba kupić z korkiem):	Fuel filter is painful as usual: remove the whole thing, drain fuel, pull out the insert (plastik handle breaks every time), clear from any contamination and debris, push in new insert and seals, assembly everything back instide the car and start the ignition few times to bleed the filter container. Air filter is very quick: detach air compressor supply line at the filter enclosure, unclip two retainers and the cover can be removed. I cleaned the inside from few leaves of my "favorite" willow oak, which get into absolutely every space in the car (I pulled few from the cabin filter box). On top of filters I replaced a broken fuel cap leash with some plastic Chinese piece of crap, because VW does not sell just the leash (it comes as one piece with a fuel cap):
Kilka rzeczy, które będą wymagały uwagi w najbliższym czasie: syrena alarmu zdycha (kolejne gówno wymieniane regularnie we wszystkich VW jakie miałem), tylna klapa coś nie chce się otwierać za każdym razem (muszę sprawdzić czy siłownik zdycha czy zamek się przycina czy siłownik zdycha bo zamek się przycina).	Few more things that need attention soon: alarm horn is dying (another piece of crap that I replaced on a regular basis in all my VWs), rear hatch sometimes does not open (I have to check if this is hatch struts failing or the lock not opening or hatch struts failing becase of lock not opening).
