(4L) Obserwacje po naprawie gwarancyjnej nr 4 / Observations after warranty repair no. 4

Naprawa gwarancyjna trwała prawie 3 miesiące. Rozumiem, że pewne części musiały przypłynąć w Europy, bo 12-letnim złomem o przybiegu 175 tysięcy mil mało kto jeździ a jeszcze mniej chce naprawiać. Więc zwyczajnie Audi nie opłaca się trzymać po tej stronie bajora pewnych części. Niemniej jednak po tak długiej naprawie znalazłem kilka bardzo niepokojących niedociągnięć:	The warranty repair took almost 3 months. I understand that some parts arrived straight from Europe, because not many people drive a 12yr old car with 175k mileage and even less is interested in repairing one. So Audi does not store certain parts on this side of the pond. But after such a long repair I found few issues:
1. Przewody hamulcowe przymocowane trytytką	1. Brake hose attached with a zip tie
Śruba mocująca wspornik była tak skorodowana, że najprawdopodobniej zwyczajnie zerwało łeb przy próbie odkręcenia. Rozwierciłem starego dziada i nagwintowałem otwór ponownie. Zanim przykręciłem wspornik nawaliłem smaru miedzianego, może nie zardzewieje :-).	Bolt holding the bracket was so corroded that it most likely sheared off the head at the unbolting attempt. I drilled out the old one, threaded the hole again and filled it with copper grease before bolting back the bracket. Hopefully it won't corrode again :-).
2. Niedokręcony wieszak katalizatora (ZNOWU!)	2. Unbolted cat hanger (AGAIN!)
Wisiał sobie luźno, na szczęście tym razem śruby wciąż były wkręcone, więc nie musiałem zamawiać kolejnego zestawu jak poprzednio.	The hanger was hanging upside down, luckily this time the bolts were still in place, so I did not have to order a new set like last time.
3. Niedokręcona dolna osłona	3. Loose belly pan bolts
Ostatnie dwie śruby mocujące dolną osłonę do wspornika skrzyni biegów były niedokręcone i dzwoniły radośnie w czasie jazdy.	Last two bolts attaching the belly pan to the transmission cross member were loose and rattled happily while driving.
4. Niedokręcona rura między filtrem powietrza a turbiną	4. Loose intake hose between filter and turbocharger
Obie strony były założone ale opaski uciskowe latały luźno.	Both sides of the hose were attached but the clamps were completely loose.
5. Kabel luzem na wale napędowym	5. Loose cable on the shaft
Kabel od czujnika NOx leżał luzem na (obracającym) wale napędowym do przedniego mostu mimo, że pod wałem jest miejsce na trytytkę mocującą kabel do podwozia...	The wiring harness from the NOx sensor was on the (rotating) shaft to the front differential despite the fact that under the shaft there is a zip tie spot to attach this harness to the chassis...
Strach zajrzeć głębiej pod maskę, niemniej planuję dokończyć przegląd 175k wkrótce...	I am scared to check deeper under the hood, but I plan to complete the 175k maintenance soon...
