(7L) Zawory na poduchach / Pressure valves on air spring dampers

Tył samochodu przestał zjeżdżać w dół. W zasadzie zaciął się w najwyższej pozycji. Wiadomo, zawory ciśnienia minimalnego na poduchach zacięły się w zamkniętej pozycji i przestały wypuszczać powietrze.	Rear of the car stopped going down. It got stuck in the highest position. Common problem, the minimum pressure valves on the air spring dumpers got stuck in the close position and stopped releasing the pressure from the air dumper.
Uwaga 1: przed jakimkolwiek grzebaniem przy zawieszeniu pneumatycznym postawić samochód na czterech podporach (kobyłkach), żeby samochód nie zjechał w dół i nie przygniótł leżącego pod spodem. Pominąwszy kwestie bezpieczeństwa auto nie może stać oparte na kołach przy wymianie zaworów na poduchach ze względu na możliwość uszkodzenia poduchy.	Warning 1: before any work on air suspension system it is necessary to put the car on four jack stands so the car does not go down and crush the person under the car. Setting aside the safety concerns the car cannot stand on wheels while replacing the air dumper valves due to potential damage to the air dumper.
Uwaga 2: Polecam nabyć narzędzie specjalne T10158/1 (nasadkę do odkręcania zaworów). Można by pewnie zawory odkręcić byle kluczem do rur ("szwedem") ale zawory tylnych poduch są schowane dosyć głęboko i raczej bez wyjęcia całej poduchy się nie obejdzie, żeby się dobrać do zaworu "szwedem". A z nasadką T10158/1 i grzechotką 1/4 cala można spokojnie zawór wymienić bez wyciągania całej poduchy.	Warning 2: I highly recommend to get special tool T10158/1 (pressure valve socket). While it is certainly possible to unscrew the valves with simple plumber pliers, the rear air dumper valves are located deep inside the rear subframe and it wold probably require to remove the whole dumper to get enough access to the valve. The T10158/1 socket with 1/4" rachet is small enough to replace the valve without removing the whole air dumper.
Uwaga 3: przed podnoszeniem samochodu trzeba zablokować zawieszenie pneumatyczne, osobiście preferuję zablokowanie w najwyższym położeniu.	Warning 3: before lifting the car it is necessary to lock air suspension, personally I prefer to do in the the Xtra position.
Cała zabawa sprowadza się do następujących kroków: 1. Podeprzeć samochód na podpórkach 2. Spuścić powietrze z układu przy pomocy softu (w samych poduchach zostaje minimalne ciśnienie) 3. Wymienić zawory 4. Napompować poduchy przy pomocy softu 5. Postawić samochód na kołach	The whole process requires following steps: 1. Put the car on jacks 2. Release the air from the air system with the soft (there is still some pressure in the air dumper) 3. Replace the valves 4. Pump the air dumpers with the soft 5. Put the car back on wheels
Spuszczanie powietrza: oddzielnie przednia i tylna oś.	Venting the system: front and rear axles are separated.
Tylny zawór jest dostępny od spodu samochodu, od strony mechanizmu różnicowego. Trochę się trzeba namachać, żeby się do niego dostać.	Rear valve can be accessed from under the car, from the differential side. It takes some effort to remove and replace.
Przedni zawór widać nad przednim kołem. Wymiana jest łatwa, ale przed odkręceniem samego zaworu warto wyczyścić okolicę zaworu z błota i zanieczyszczeń.	Front valve is accessible over the front wheel. The replacement is straight forward, but I recommend to clean the area from mud and dust before removing old one.
Wymiana zaworów: Odkręcić rurkę powietrza (klucz M12), odkręcić zawór nasadką, wkręcić nowy zawór, wkręcić rurkę powietrza. Zawory przychodzą w całości z nowym pierścieniem i nakrętką na rurkę powietrza, ale ja wymieniłem tylko oring na starej nakrętce i wkręciłem ją w nowy zawór. Powinno trzymać.	Replacing valves: unscrew air pipe nut (M12 wrench), unscrew the valve with the socket, bolt new valve, bolt air pipe nut. The valves come with new ferrule and nut, but I have only replaced oring from new nut and reused old nut and ferrule. It should hold the air.
Napełnianie powietrzem: te same kroki co przy spuszczaniu. Włączy się pompa na kilkanaście sekund. Dla pewności powtórzyłem napełnianie 2-3 razy.	Refilling the system: the same steps as with venting. The compressor will start for few seconds. Just to be safe I repeated refill 2-3 times.
Na koniec zagadka: co jest w środku samego zaworu, że cena sklepowa jest zwyczajnie chora?	And finally trivia: what is inside the valve that makes it so insanely expensive?
