(7L6 2) Klapnięte drzwi i urwana listwa progu / Sagged doors and detached sill trim strip

Dzisiaj była szybka zabawa w podniesienie klapniętych drzwi i naprawienie listwy progu pasażera. Drzwi były klapnięte z obu stron, ale tylko strona pasażera miała urwany próg. Zdjąłem i przód i tył, bo się okazało, że z kompletu ośmiu zapinek były tylko trzy (wszystkie urwane) a cały tył trzymał się na taśmie dwustronnej. Nie pytam co wyprawiał poprzedni właściciel. W każdym razie podniesienie drzwi na podkładkach pod dolnym zawiasem to pięć minut roboty: wykręcić dolną śrubę, poluzować górną, podnieść drzwi i wcisnąć podkładkę, dokręcić śruby.	Today I was playing with fixing sagged doors and reattaching the sill trim strip. The front doors were sagged on both sides, but only passenger side had detached strip. I removed both front and rear strips, because it turned out that out of the complete set of 8 clips, I only found 3 (all broken) and the rear strip was attached with the double side tape only. Don't want to know what previous owner did. In any case raising the doors using shims under lower hinge is a 5-minut work: remove lower bolt, losen upper one, raise doors, slide in the shim, tighten both bolts.
Listwa progu też nie zajęła specjalnie wiele więcej czasu: wyjąć z listwy połamane zapinki, wyczyścić próg, wcisnąć nowe zapinki w próg i docisnąć listwę. Po tego ostatniego etapu polecam grzmotnąć listwę gumowym młotkiem w miejscach zapinek żeby złapały.	The sill trim strip did not take long either: remove broken clips from the strip, clean the sill, push in new clips in the sill and press the strip back. I highly recommend hitting the strip with a rubber mallet at clips so they correctly grab the strip.
